Can I access the site at any time? |

Yes. The beauty of having a memorial on the internet is that you can indeed access it at any time of the day or night. |

Is there a limit to the number of tributes that I and my family can add to my memorial? |

No. You and your family and friends can add any number of free tributes. |

Can I remove my memorial if I decide to? |

You may remove your memorial by accessing your editing facility or by asking us to help you. |

Can other people access my editing facility? |
|
This is entirely up to you. You may have open access to your editing facility or you may have pass-worded access in which case you could decide to whom you give access. |

How do I make a charitable donation? |
|
You may go directly to the web site of your chosen charity and donate on line there. We have link addresses for the more popular charities and a link to a site which offers a data base of others. You may use the facility on the site to add your own favourite charity to our data base if it is not already there. |
