Ordering
Memorials are sold direct to the public via the Internet. A confirmation of details will be sent to you by e-mail, World Of Remembrance will not accept responsibility for errors or omissions caused by incorrect data entry by you.

Purchase Terms
Our service is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time Orders will only be accepted with payment by cheque, Visa, MasterCard and Switch. All orders paid by cheque will be processed on receipt of the cheque payment. Orders that were sent through with incomplete payment information will be kept on hold. You will be notified if this happens and if the correct information is not received within 2 weeks of notification then the order will be cancelled.

Refunds
Refunds will be made for any memorial site that is unacceptable. This right will remain in force for 30 days of the purchase date.

Security
All credit card details submitted are encrypted. Encryption provides a very secure means of protecting your personal information as it travels through the web to us.

Entire Agreement
